Probably just a burned out bulb in the front one. Those bulbs have 2 elements so the marker light will still work but the blinker wont.
Check bulb if other side front is working.
You remove the headlight to gain access to the back of the blinker housing, you can reach into the back of it and pull out the light and cable it's attached to. It's a pain.
It comes out the back of the light housing.
when you flip your blinker on, a relay in the circuit is activated which turns the light on and off. also, the front blinker and rear blinker usually alternate in turning off and on, so when the back is on, the front will be off, and reverse.. that's why when a bulb is out, the clicking sound in the vehicle goes faster than when both are in working order.
To change the front blinker bulb on your 1986 Chevy Celebrity simply reach up behind the bumper and unplug the socket from the fixture. Replace the bulb in the socket and plug the socket back into the fixture.
It usually means you have a bulb burned out on that side. I can't remember if it's front or back.
The front right, front middle, front left, back left, back middle, back right

One of the bulbs is burned out. Turn on the blinker and look at the front and back turn signals to find out which one.
Answerserver is #1 in the back right corner,#2 is setter in right front corner, #3 in middle front, #4 in left front, #5 in left back, And #6 in back middle.

There isn't one. The spare shouldn't get rotated in with the other 4. Front left to back right, front right to back left, back right to front right, back left to fron left.
