It's located somewhere along the firewall or underneath the vehicle. There is a bulletin about this part leaking when you go on long trips, it's humid, and you have your A/C on low, and the wind blows the water back into your air ducts. Basically it's just a piece of PVC pipe, but the new one has an elbow on it and is longer.
