Ski doo motors do not have drain plugs for draining fuel out of the bottom end. I pull them over with a propane torch over plug holes while pulling over until popping good.
fuel air mix= 1 turn Idle = 2 turns after contact with slide in carb Set carb first, then oil pump pump = align two marks, one on cable lever, one on pump casting
there is six spark plugs
Two stroke oil, mineral based, I recomend using the oil from Skidoo.
It has an O-ring.
I found the answer here: http://www.mazdaforum.com/forum/mazda-mx-3-mazda-mx-6-25/water-leak-17642/
A fouled spark plug, faulty injector, etc. Maybe even a burnt valve. it could be oil on the plugs.

Standard Miata spark plug gaps are 0.040". Basic NGK spark BKR6E plugs are recommended for normally aspirated (non-turbo/supercharged) Miatas and are relatively inexpensive. Tightening new spark plugs in is recommended at manufacturer settings of 11-17 ft-lbs.
The manual transmissions on the Mazda Mx-3 series cars are filled through the speedometer sensor hole. Simply remove the 2 bolts that hold it on, pull out the sensor, taking care not to damage/dirty the sensor, and fill to the appropriate level. Alternatively, there is a check and drain plug on the transmission, underneath the car. The transmission is located on the drivers side, beside the engine and the plugs are recognized because they are fairly large hexagonal plugs. The drain plug is nearest the bottom and the check plug (or fill plug) is up a little ways and facing the front of the car.
Easiest is to pull off the bottom rad hose, drain the coolant & refill with water, run it and drain again. do this a few times and it should come clean after a bit. When done drain the system and refill with mixed coolant (50/50). Be carefull not to burn yourself with the hot fluid!
Idle Sensor might be no good Spark plugs also will cause this....
