Easiest is to pull off the bottom rad hose, drain the coolant & refill with water, run it and drain again. do this a few times and it should come clean after a bit. When done drain the system and refill with mixed coolant (50/50). Be carefull not to burn yourself with the hot fluid!

The other fuse box is in the drivers footwell by the door.
