i have a 96 s10 blazer 4.3vortec and the fuel pump relay is in the glove box, at the back left corner behind a panel, and the pressure regulator, depending on what kind of 4.3 you have how hard it will b to get at, is at the back of the injector housing witch is under the upper pleum( not sure if that`s spelled wright) witch is right on the top of the motor in the middle and if its a TBI unit its in the rear left corner of tbi housing
It is inside the upper intake manifold.
Check fuel pressure, fuel pressure regulator.
Correction: It is a 1995 Chevy Corsica. Not a 1996.
Its on the right hand side of the motor on the injection rail
The voltage regulator is built into the alternator.
the fuel pressure regulator should be right on the fuel injector rail
Yes. It is not visable. It is under the upper intake manifold, attached to the bank of injector poppets (aka the spider).
The fuel pressure regulator is part of the fuel pump module in the fuel tank.
Assuming the bulbs are good, the turn signal problem could be a blown fuse or a bad flasher relay. The hesitation when starting could be incorrect fuel pressure due to a failing fuel pump or fuel pressure regulator.
I think the fuel pump is the regulator on fuel injected engines. The FPR is located on the driver's side of the engine, it has a vacuum hose going to it and is held on with a spring clamp similar to AC connector clamp. On most 1996 Chevy Tahoes the fuel pressure regulator is actually inside the intake manifold. You must remove the intake manifold to replace it.
do you have TBI ?
The fuel pressure regulator is part of the fuel pump on a 1996 Plymouth Voyager.
