Its in the ''Ah, Wilderness" episode at the end. He is sitting on a log and goes to beat his chest like an ape when he falls backwards. You have to pause it very quickly and have good resolution to see anything but its there.

No it is just his boxers i am sure. Disney channel would not allow anything that vulgar to air on their station. they have several watchers for that sort of thing. Trust me.

Disney is known for overlooking things like this, from Simba spelling out the word "SEX" when he laid down in The Lion King (the dust he stirred up), to the priest having a visible erection in The Little Mermaid. Disney animators are known for being pretty mischievous. I can't speak for the Disney Channel end of Disney Corp, but there are no "Disney Watchers" at the network. If anything, there's far less supervision over at Disney Channel because they're known for being so vanilla. Most of the eyes are on Fox and other FCC regulated stations who are always trying to push the "decency envelope". I don't think it was intentional by the editors or show creators though (in the way some stuff is that gets slipped in to the animated films). No one noticed it until a contributor on the IMDB boards pointed it out in early 2008, and then everyone started going back to the original video and pointing it out. Then someone uploaded a close-up shot of the scene to YouTube and another to MySpace. Disney has never publicly commented on whether or not you can really see up Cole's shorts, but in all the current airings of this episode, the "up the shorts" shot is now thoroughly blurred out, and every time someone puts the close-up shot on YouTube, it gets deleted in about a day. So even though people say "it's just his boxers", evidently it's obscene enough for Disney to blur it out and YouTube to delete the close-up whenever it gets posted.
