The idiots at Stella Doro discontinued making the product. I searched an entire weekend for them and finally called Stella Doro. What where they thinking?
I have never seen them sold as cream puffs. But rather the cookies used to make them, which are anginetti cookies. I have never been able to find them in the past few years, so what I do is buy 'pastry sheets' and cut them up and use them. It's not quite the same, but pretty darn close.
The "average" cream puff (if there is such a thing) has about 300 calories in it.
