There might be a website specifically for Bakugan fan fiction, but I don't know of any myself. There are several small-scale anime/manga fan fiction websites, but I prefer to use fanfiction.net. They accept most fandoms (including Bakugan, I've seen lots of stories), and a fandom can be added if it doesn't currently exist on the site.
