Where can you get a piece of Oleg Cassini luggage repaired the retractable handle is stuck in the extended position?

I had the same thing happen. Try spraying with WD-40. It worked with mine.
My husband took the handle apart when it was stuck in the extended position. He found the plastic piece inside broken on 1 side. This piece causes the handle to retract when you push the outside bar. I do not think crazy glue will hold up in repairing it. We are looking for a replacement handle.

it dose not follow while pulling it.
it is still under 5 year warranty.
