I'm thinking about writing my paper on education and high school drop-our rates and also the low test scores among high school graduates. -earnest, but not a professional way to begin. I want to know why are there are so many kids with low test scores, and especially why there are so many African American students scoring poorly. Is it the teachers, the parents, or is it the kids themselves, or their school districts who are to blame; or is it a combination of all and more? I would also like to know why there are so many kids overall scoring low on the A.C.T Exam? I think it could because the school are preparing the students now days to get ready for the S.A.T and not .A.C.T and I would like to writing about, are the schools test score increasing or decreasing and if by what percent. Why are so many students dropping out of high school now days?-this is a whole other topic-are the low-test scores and drop outism linked to the same problem set? I feel like the student who are dropping out of school are seniors and juniors and they are the one who right on the edge of finishing school and why are most of the high school dropout are mostly seniors and why wait so late to drop out of school when you are almost done with school I like it would be a waste of time to go in the first if you are going to go that far an then not continue, I would like to know

Why By the time students are 18-24 years old, youth who have dropped out of high school are more likely to be neither employed nor enrolled in school than are youth who have completed high school. Why are there only 52 percent of public high school students in these cities graduate after four years? And could it be because most of the students live in the urban areas of the cities

Or could it be the way they were raised and that most teen now days are becoming young mother and father also and the dropout problems of African American and Latino males and some Latino woman. I'm also thinking writing why school are not trying they best to make sure that almost half of the students still in school or try to get they G.E.D, I think if school have more program at the schools to help out the young father and mother that might cut the dropout rate a little and why is the rate of ninth grades dropout going up I think this will be a great topic to write my paper on because I think education is most important to everybody.
