I would even try the manufacturer. Having recently bought 100 handbags from various different designers, I have to say that Dents were the only ones who were anything like helpful. I only rang on the off chance and spoke to a very nice lady in customer service. I would gladly have bought some if they had been for sale, unfortunately they weren't but the nice lady asked how many I wanted and what size and sent me three in the post that afternoon as they arrived the next day.
Some of the other customer service people were quite shocked at being asked if it was possible to buy these items. Why? is it not possible that things get torn beyond repair/eaten by mice - whatever - they get damaged and need replacing.
Big Ups to Dents for customer service beyond. I tried a few others by call (neimann marcus being one) and emailing but got absolutely nowhere with them. So the moral of this story is 'be cheeky' - sometimes it pays off.
