Best Answer

Ebay or a coin dealer. Don't expect much for it, unless the coin is in exceptional condition, you might not even be able to sell it for more than two cents. It is a very common coin.

What is the difference between a regular size 1950's Lincoln cent and a small Lincoln cent?

All cents minted since 1857 have been the same diameter, 19mm. There is no such thing as a "small Lincoln cent" There are a number of companies that make and sell miniature copies of coins as "collectibles". If your coin is smaller than 19mm across, you have one of these novelty items and not a real coin.
