Not sure what you mean by "brandname". In general, the question is not where but when. I have not seen any discount, overstock or bulk discount stores here. However, there are two periods during the year (roughly the 2nd week in January and the 2nd week in July), when EVERYTHING goes on sale. Sales are in almost every store you can think of from everything to furniture to plants and of course clothing. The discounts are big and progress during the sale periods which last about 2 weeks.
