Forrest Mars Jr
The M&Ms inventor.
We still do study Mars. We study how it is now, in the hope of determining what has happened to that planet in the past, and what may happen to it in the future. There is, at present, no sign of life on Mars, although life may have existed there long ago. If it did, what happened to it? We know that once upon a time, there was vast quantities of water; where did it go? Can we still find any of it, at the poles? Men can live on Mars, protected by enclosed habitats, giving us another planet to live on. We study Mars in order to learn how to do so.
