The fatal accident occured in or near a tunnel in Paris. it did NOT involve the famous ( Gap) tunnel or (Chunnel) which is properly a rail rapid transit line, not a vehicular tunnel though it carries automobiles in specially designed car-carriers- like the American Auto-Train. Never could see hybrid transit of this sort, being a railroad buff. She actually had a really bad injury in the car then died on the way to hospital.
