I guess they just take shelter.. in a tree or anywhere else. They don't seem too bothered by rain.. I've seen the chickens in the coop get a little bedraggled in rainy weather. They take shelter in the worst of it, but are out in gentle rain, pecking and scratching away at the dirt. Mostly water just seems to run off birds' plumage and I've seen them just shaking their heads to get rid of rainwater running down onto their faces.
go ice skating or to the mall:)
If birds are looking in your window then if it is raining there probably trying to find shelter if it is not then they either like you, want food,or they have just proven my theory of pedo birds out there in the world
Here are a few examples of syllogistic arguments: All humans are mortal. Socrates is a human. Therefore, Socrates is mortal. All birds have wings. Penguins are birds. Therefore, penguins have wings. If it is raining, then the ground is wet. It is raining. Therefore, the ground is wet.
Go see for yourself.

the guy at the weather institute will tell you whether it is raining or there is a drought and when he says it is raining go to the route or place he tells you and dive there then you can go catch it
If it's raining: wet.
It was raining, raining, raining hard. It was falling on my head. It was falling on the stars. It was falling on my shoes. I got soaking wet I got soaking wet. But I stayed outside. I stayed outside. The rain was sweet. The rain was warm. The rain was soft It reminded me of home It was raining, raining, raining hard. It was falling, falling, falling on the stars It was raining, raining, raining hard. It was falling, falling, falling on the stars. Soft rain Raining, raining Sweet rain Raining, raining Warm rain Raining, raining Sweet soft Raining, raining Warm rain Raining, raining Sweet soft Raining, raining Warm rain Raining, raining
NO! That is extremely dangerous and you could get electricuted! Just go find a place to stay until it stops raining, or stay in your car, and jump start it when it stopped raining.
A converse statement is a statement is switched to make the statement true or false. For example, "If it is raining, then we will not go to the beach" would be changed to, "If we go to the beach, then it is not raining."
