The piece of the Dragon Face that includes the right horn (upper right piece) is the one that you get from the rooftop of the Museum Fantastique. The other horn (upper left piece) is from the Underground Tour, in a dome in the ceiling.

The City Docks : top of the boat mast
The City Docks : in the sand to the far right
The Museum : on top of the museum
The Inn : above the street artist, near the roof
The Underground : in the arch where the bulb is hanging
The Museum : in the Supply Room (must take Tour, get job)
