I have an 89 LSC and the PCV is located at the back of the plenum on the intake manifold. There is a hose coming out of it--pull up on the hose until the pcv comes out or the hose pops off of it----Its a stretch for sure and a flashlight is definitely recommended!
there is a wire filter under the pcv. a deck screw taped to the end of a Phillips screwdriver is the best tool to use to remove it for cleaning. when you replace your pcv, clean the wire filter under it. the pcv valve, grommet and wire filter are still available from the dealerships.
