The crankshaft position sensor on this car is at the front of the motor on the passenger side. It is forward of the water pump inlet on a little mount. The toothed wheel it monitors is attached to the crankshaft behind the pulleys.
The sensor in the distributor is the crankshaft position sensor.
a 1993 doesn't have a cam sensor. the crankshaft position sensor is located on the front of the engine directly above the crankshaft pulley
Corvette didnt have a Crankshaft Position Sensor until 96.
It is located between the distributor at the back or the engine.
I don't believe that the altima had a crankshaft position sensor until 1995.
I am not sure of what year you are talking about. But the 1993 and 1994 Altima does not have a crankshaft sensor(crankshaft position sensor) .....
where is the crankshaft sensor located on a 1993 dodge intrepid
The crankshaft position sensor is located on the rear of the engine. It is mounted just above the oil pan on the engine block.
there is none
Assuming that it is a 3.1 V6, as most of them are, there is no cam sensor. Only a crankshaft sensor. It is located behind the harmonic balancer. To replace it the balancer has to be removed.
if its sohc it doesnt have , if its dohc its behind the lower damper i think
should be by balancer
