There are two relays. One is for high speed and the other is for low. They are enclosed in a rubber boot which has to be lifted up to expose them. This boot is located on the driver side of the engine compartment under the air filter housing. It is bolted to the wall. These relays are totally hidden until you remove the air filter assembly.
