On many of the voyagers, like my 1993 2.5L, it is on the underneath of the chassis, on the passenger side, about half way between the engine and the gas tank. You have to lay underneath the vehicle to see it. It's a canister about 3 inches long, with a black tube going into each end. It's held to the vehicle with one bolt. Very easy to change.
