Look for two small black boxes mounted on the firewall on the passenger side. They are up high and are side by side. It should be one of these. On my 1995 they are both identical. You can switch the wires around on the two boxes and this will test if one of the relays is bad. Another good test when trouble shooting a fuel pump is to find the wire going to the pump and check to see if power is getting to it when you turn on the ignition. Use a basic 12 volt tester and have someone turn the key on. I just went through the same thing with my 1995 Astro. Mine turned out to be the pump, had to drop the tank and enjoy a day crawling around in the dirt.
The 1997 Chevy Astro fuel relay switch is located on the firewall in the engine compartment. The fuel relay switch will be in the center of the firewall.
There is no ABS relay on a Chevy 2002 Astro Van. If the ABS light is on it is indicating a problem with the vehicle that should be checked out.
The fuel pump relay allows the pump to be turned on and off. On a 1986 Chevy Astro van, the fuel pump relay is located under the hood and directly in front of the passenger seat, to the right of the A/C clutch control relay.
on a 1997 Chevy astro it is in a fuse-relay center - in a plastic box located just to the left of the battery. Take off the top; the schematics of what's what should be on the inside top of the box, as well as in your owner's manual.
It might be on the firewall under the hood on the left side.BEst of luck....I to am haveing trouble with astro van.
It doesn't have a reset button.
The 1999 Chevy Astro horn relay switch can be found on the back of the horn. The relay switch will be attached to the horn with two retaining screws.

its the silver cylinder lugged into the fuse box under the dash board on the drivers side
Under hood fuses are generally located next to the relay they are for.
The ABS pump relay is intergrated into the EHCU (elecro-hydraulic control Unit) and it is not serviceable. If the ABS pump relay is defective, the entire control unit must be replaced.
There isn't one. Chevy doesn't use inertial switches for their fuel pumps. There is a relay in the fuse box, but it's not "re-setable"
