The fuse block is located under the dash to the left (facing forward in the driver's seat) of the steering column. There is a small plastic compartment that opens up, on the face of the dash at about knee high level. This compartment can be removed by simply pulling on it. Once this compartment is removed you will be able to see the fuse block through the opening. Hope this helps!
