Drivers side kick panel under the dash most likely left side pretty high up above brake pedal.
I believe that is on the drivers side kick panel

Yes, a blown brake light fuse causes the shift interlock to malfunction. If the interlock can't tell if the brake is depressed or not, it won't shift out of park. The brake light fuse is a 15A in the engine bay fuse box.
hook it directly to your battery with a inline fuse and see if it works
It could only be either a fuse, the switch/or wiring, or the motor burned up. I would check the fuse 1st.
Is it just one of your lights or are both out. I just had my tail lights fixed today. Both were out. It wasn't a fuse. Mine was the running light module. Hopefully yours is just a fuse, that's a lot cheaper. I have an 03 Sedona.
