The double bond is more stable, because it requires more energy to break two bonds , than to break one bond.

Triple bonds require more energy again and hence are more stable.

Depends what you mean by stable. Generally a single bond is more resistant to rxn which would break all bonds between the two species previously bonded then a double bond is. A double bond, however, is generally a shorter bond.

No, double bonds are more rigid. in fact single bonds can 'rotate' but double bonds can't and this gives rise to geometrical isomerism.
