I set my clock on Saturday before midnight because I tend to fall asleep early and forget to set my clock. I set my watch first and then use it to make changes to my microwave, alarm and my clock in the kitchen.

Spring -> Forward - So you lose an hour of sleep.

Fall -> Back - You gain the hour back.
