It is not that one is better than the other, just that they are different. What you will need to ask yourself is, which one will lead to your overall career goals and objectives. That being said, you still would need a bachelor's degree before pursuing the MBA. Thus, that might answer your question right there.

∙ 8y agoMBA & Executive MBA can not be compared. It is like asking 'is taking a house on rent better or is buying a house better?' The point is if you have money, you buy a home, if not you rent it out. Similarly, MBA is a 2 year full time program which you can take up if you have time. Executive MBA is a 1 year part-time program for working professionals. Both programs have different USPs and different objectives. Hence, both are good, it depends on what your requirement is. Executive MBA is better if you have work experience, MBA if you don't. And if you don't then you should get one first. IF you want i can suggest the trending MBA course that is in the top .
