There really isn't an episode that Chefs leave, only The Return of Chef. Isac Hays, the voice over for Chef, quit due to him being a Scientologist, and Matt and Trey crossed the line and had offended Isac Hays. The voice over in The Retrun of Chef were old sound bits for previous episodes.
