An encyclopedia will be located in a specific part of the library called the reference section. If that proves fruitless, you can always buy witchcraft books on Amazon.

There are books at your local library that involve closure. It will most likely be in the information or psychology section of the library. That along with web site and actual psychologists who specialize in this area would be best.

The most likely place to obtain reviews of any insurance broker is the public library. The public library will have reference to available resources so you are able to find information about Hartford insurance brokers.
In most locales there is at least one library that has a well stocked reference section of repair manuals, I recommend calling your nearest library first. If they don't have repair manuals, they can surely direct you to the nearest one that does. Fortunatley the International used similair wiring for their vehicles, so if you found something near that, it would likely assist you.
