This sentence is poor french, but it would translate to "God Night, and soft dreams, all my love." Someone probably tried to put "good night and sweet dreams" into a english to french translator but wrote "god night" instead. Regardless, this is very poor french.
That means roughly "I thank God for being with you, I love you". The correct wording should be "je remercie Dieu d'être avec toi, je t'aime"
Dieu is the French word for God. Saying "Mon Dieu!" is the equivalent of saying "Oh my God!" Dieu also is a Vietnamese name for a girl!
