Key West, the end of a small chain of Islands off of Florida called keys. There are a series of bridges that connect them making it the closest U.S. city to Cuba that is accessible by car. A city in Puerto Rico might be closer, but I have no idea which one.

If you mean 'closest' not 'closet', it is Florida, actually the Florida Keys.
