Well first of all there is Satan, who tempted Eve to eat of the forbidden fruit.

Then there is Eve who tempted Adam to also eat of the forbidden fruit.

Next is Cain who killed his own brother because of jealousy.

Then we have the whole world who would not repent at the preaching of Noah and were all killed, except for Noah and his family, in the flood that God's judgement brought upon them.

Then Noah son Ham shortly after the flood, found his father drunk and naked and he went and told his brothers rather than covering him up to preserve his father dignity.

Then there are many other antagonist, those who came against God's chosen line through his servant Abraham. Until the end of Genesis were we read that Joseph died at 110 years of age. All in all there are about 2,400 years in this one book.
