7. DJ Pauly D - $11 Million (Star of the hit show "Jersey Shore")
8. Kaskade - $10 Million (Played over 125 shows in 2012)
9. Afrojack - $9 Million (At number 9, Afrojack earned $9 Million and produced hit tracks for best-selling artist Pitbull)
10. Avicii - $7 Million (Young 22-Year-old packed clubs and earned a Grammy Nomination. His hit single "Levels" was sampled in Flo Rida's "Good Feeling" and remixed by Skrillex)
This turned out to be the list of the highest paid DJ's in the world for the year of 2012. Much controversy arose when people saw DJ Pauly D on the list and questioned whether actually all of the $11 Million was made from DJing or also acting on the reality TV show "Jersey Shore".
