Comcast will set up anything if they are the source of your internet service. It will not be cheap and they want about $60 to set up a PC for internet service besides setting up the internet connection when they do an install. You can not call up anyone to set up your network, you may have instructions in your package box or on the consol, I would recommend asking one of your friends or family members if you can not set up your network connection.
