he dates and partners (not marry) Julie-Su in the comics and they have a daughter together. but in the game "Sonic and the Dark Brotherhood" it has been said that he had feelings for Shade the Echidna, but she only appeared in that one particular game. Knuckles and Sonia the Hedgehog had feelings for each other in Sonic Underground but it was never stated that they actually started dating. it has also been stated by SEGA that he likes Rouge the bat, but that still has yet to be confirmed. he and Princess Sally Acorn also may have developed feelings for each other in the early comics but those feelings didn't last very long
