I would fight anything less than 100% in your favor. Simply going against the layout doesn't reach the level of negligence, in my opinion, although their insurance company will probably see it differently. Parking lots are private property in a sense, and therefore are not necessarily one-way streets. I would encourage your insurance agent to be aggresive with the adjuster if they try to lay some of the fault on you. Sometimes, saying that you will find another agent and company can accomplish this. As a last resort, I would consider small claims court. But I can't imagine that they would assign more than 10% your fault, so it may not be worth going to court over.
I don't really think that there is mean song's because we make the mistakes and it is not her fault.

The importance of learning from mistakes is so that you will not make the same mistakes (or similar mistakes) in the future, and you will thereby make more right decisions and fewer wrong decisions, and therefore will enjoy more success and less failure.
well it is likely both ways, but kids possibly make more mistakes than adults because they dont know as much
A citation or not makes no difference as far as who was at fault though it does make it easier. Also whether or not you have insurance has not effect on who was at fault. Who had the best chance of avoiding the accident is the party most likely at fault.
My plan was denied and it was not my fault it was the other drivers fault because police and show up to make a police report it is really his mind
You make mistakes because you are human, not the other way around.
Yes, her biggest mistake or mistakes, was pinning her hopes on two individuals, Caesar and Antony. Both men failed to an extent, and Cleopatra failed with them.
Interesting question. Since the both of you are uninsured, the person who is at fault should pay for the majority of damages incurred. Keep in mind that they can only pay in good faith, If not, you can file a lawsuit, however if the police were not called, this will make it even harder.
Everyone makes mistakes. Making mistakes is simply a part of being human.
