In the original Disney animated movie "Lilo and Stitch," there is actually more than one villain. In the beginning, Stitch escapes from outer space and accidentally lands on Earth. He is followed to Earth by Jumba, an evil scientist and creator of Stitch. Jumba is accompanied by Pleakly, an officer of the Galactic Alliance, who wants to preserve the mosquito, which he believes to be an endangered species. By the end of the movie, though, Jumba and Pleakly have a change of heart and become Lilo and Stitch's allies.
During the movie, another villain appears. This would be the giant alien Gantu. He chases Stitch relentlessly, even going as far as kidnapping Lilo.

Intercostal refers to the spaces between ribs. A stitch is where a build up of lactic acid and lack of oxygen causes a muscle to spasm and cause a lot of pain and usually occurs during exercise. So an intercostal stitch is likely a stitch in the ribs.
