There can be no many Sultan of Sulu and Sabah at one time . The hierarchy to the throne can never be broken because three distinct rank has to be undergone by the reigning and legitimate Sultan of Sulu and North Borneo. Sulu and North Borneo is considered one kingdom and therefore cannot be divided. The genuine Sultan has to undergone three distinct rank - the third to the hierarchy Maharajah Adinda , the second to the hierarchy Rajah Muda and the first to the hierarchy Sultan proper, these three rank is the lineage to the throne because the Succession is moving in one direction and not transferable- The reigning Sultan will choose his Rajah MUda, the Rajah Muda will choose his Maharajah Adinda- once the reigning sultan die or abdicated , the Rajah Muda will become a Sultan and the Maharajah Adinda will become Rajah Muda, the Rajah Muda will again choose his Maharajah Adinda to complete the hierarchy. This is foolproof and predictive in the sense ,there is no way this can be broken.

To broke the hierarchy is simply to claim outright as the heir to the throne of the died or abdicated Sultan without being a Maharajah Adinda and Rajah Muda which automatically classified the claimant as fake and bogus Sultan. This is the dilemna today of the Royal Sultanate of Sulu and North Borneo Kingdom , dozens of claiming sultan relative to the throne is now claiming as a Sultan ,which was one reason of Malaysia and Philippines not to acknowledge the genuine Sultan to avoid the return of the proprietary property of now a Traditional kingdom. The political administration now goes to Malaysia and the Philippines. This unique situation call for more sober approach to stop the war in Mindanao and the illegal occupation of Malaysia to Sabah of whic own by the Royal Sultanate of Sulu and North Borneo

Many has violated and fabricated their own crafted story to confuse the people but the Kingdom is standing solid today. Unfortunately , those claiming sultans are all relative to the throne used by syndicated organization and the countries who were holding the properties and resources of the kingdom. The political dissolvation of the kingdom gave way to the usurper countries and illicit organization to used the relatives to the throne in muddling the hierarchy. The culprit behind the issue of many sultan is very clear to those who were holding the property and the resources of the kingdom including the scammers who want to join the bandwagon because the kingdom is now helpless without power to reckon to prosecute the culprits politically.

None of the claiming Sultan has become a Maharajah Adinda or Rajah Mudah but claim the Sultan rank straightforward. The genuine , legitimate and reigning Sultan of Royal Sultanate of Sulu and North Borneo is HRH Sultan Esmail D. KIram for fulfilling the Three consecutive lineage to the throne. Sulu island is the center of the Kingdom and therefore the provincial government of Sulu knows who is the genuine Sultan. (www.sulu.gov.pH , www. sultanatesulu.org)

Does the Philippines have the right to claim Sabah?

of course specially the sultan of sulu under the kiram carpenter agreement.

Should the Philippine government continue to assert its claims for Sabah?

I CANT SA MUCH BUT i have 70% on agreeing that the government should continue first they should let the sultan of sulu to figure it out to whom it should be given because it was given to his/her ancestors but because of the long time that people didn't mind it the history got jumbled up many said some things happened but i think the thing that really happened in the first before it got jumbled up was that SABAH was given to the earlier sultan of sulu and then around 1920-1963 it got jumbled up but the sultan of sulu should decide after all it is his heritage but due to the long time Malaysia was formed with sabah in it because it was under the sultan(the sultan after the war with his brother) that gave sabah to the sultan of sulu and some malaysians thought it was handed by the british to them (by the fact that the british leased it from the sultan of sulu but they know that it was from the sultan that defeated the sultan of the entire island) BUT I THINK it was jumbled with the british because they knew sabah was from the sultan that won the war so they thought that they should give it back to him again(THE SULTAN THAT WON IS THE ONE THAT MADE MALAYSIA)

It is reasonable that Malaysia will govern Sabah as State owned by the Philippines?

No. It is not reasonable. Sabah is part of the Philippines according to the Law. Malaysia just got a hold to Sabah temporarily as they are closed to British who been leased by a Sultan of Sulu for Sabah. The Malaysian Government resistance of returning Sabah Back to the Philippines is yet unlawful and this could make this a big shame to the Malaysian Government practicing wrong practices of Law. On September 12, 1962, during President Diosdado Macapagal's administration, the territory of North Borneo, and the full sovereignty, title and dominion over the territory were ceded by the then reigning Sultan of Sulu, HM Sultan Muhammad Esmail E. Kiram I, to the Republic of the Philippines. [11] The cession effectively gave the Philippine government the full authority to pursue their claim in international courts. The Philippine take over to Sabah is not needed because Sabah is Already part of the Philippines from the Start. And the Philippine Government must have to show up and exercise its governance to the State of Sabah as it is really needed.

Why did The Philippines want Sabah to be part of their country during the merger between Singapore and Malaya and Sabah and Sarawak?

The Philippines wants Sabah to be part of the country simply because, historically speaking, it was once owned by a certain Sultan of the Sulu Island..So, the Philippines claimed that it must be theirs because of such reason. Going to Sabah, we can find that most if not all of the things that you can find their is the same with those in the Philippines.

Who owns Sabah Island?

The owner of Sabah is the Royal Sultanate of Sulu and North Borneo Kingdom. It was been rented to the British North Borneo Company ,a private charter company in 1878. When the private charter company has dissolved , the lease was absorbed by the British Government which later transfer to Malaysia in 1963 when they got their independence.Sabah did not join Malaysia according to Yong Teck Lee in his statement , it was included without the consent of the owner , the Royal Sultanate of Sulu and North Borneo Kingdom. Sabah is now being administered by Malaysia since the Royal Sultanate of Sulu and North Borneo kingdom is now only a traditional government not political. In 1939 the High Court of North Borneo has come out of the ruling to implement the proprietary audit and inventory of Sabah property of the Royal Sultanate of Sulu and North Borneo but did not materialized due to the coming of Second World War. After the war comes the turmoils in the hierarchy, Dayang Dayang Hadji Piandao, the sister of Princess Tarhata assume the throne and illegally passed on to her husband Ombra Amilbangsa which was not entitled to the throne, then Abraham Rasul ,the adviser of President Marcos misled the president by electing Mahakutta Kiram , the son of Sultan Esmail Kiram I as Sultan while Punjungan Kiram , the successor to his brother Esmail Kiram I was in Sabah. This was corrected when Punjungan return to Sulu and installed by President Marcos. Punjungan Kiram is the administrator of Sabah as per 1939 McKaskie ruling, the father of the current Sultan HRH Esmail D. Kiram IIThe reigning and legitimate Sultan of Royal Sultanate of Sulu and North Borneo, (www.sulu.gov.pH) is his Royal highness HRH Sultan Esmail D. Kiram II, he has decided and signed a "Royal Decree' and 'Royal Authority ' to the "Sultanate of Sulu and North Borneo Company Limited",a Hongkong registered Company to undertake the total development and management of Sabah property of the Kingdom. There were claiming sultans of Sulu and North Borneo in the relative lineage, but failed to justify themselves holding the positions of Maharajah Adinda and Rajah Muda, prior to their supposed claim as Sultan. The unbroken hierarchy of Maharajah Adinda ,Rajah Muda and Sultan proper must be undergone by the legitimate and reigning Sultan of Royal Sultanate of Sulu and North Borneo Kingdom. None so far among claimant Sultans has gone through the Maharajah Adinda and Rajah Muda prior to their claim except his HRH Sultan Esmail D. Kiram II. ( www.sultanatesulu.org )

What is the legal basis of sabah claim by the sultanate of sulu?

Malaysia was formed and given independence by the British Government in 1963. The Sultanate of Sulu and North Borneo was also given by the British Government the 'Letter of Administration to Sabah, acknowledging all the property of the Sultanate of Sulu over Sabah in 1939. To the effect that 1939 is earlier than 1963 explicitly telling us which one is genuine and legal.Another striking solid and legal evidence of the Sabah ownership is the case filed by Indonesia to the United Nations to claim part of Sipadan,Sabah against Malaysia . The UN ruling under ICJ explicitly stated that Indonesia has no sovereign rights over Sipadan ,Sabah because it is owned by the Sultanate of Sulu under administration of Malaysia. Therefore, if Malaysia will not acknowledge the ownership by the Sultanate of Sulu over Sabah, Malaysia is directly violating ( for in fact being violated for 47 years) the UN sanctions over Sipadan, Sabah stating that the Sultanate of Sulu is the legitimate owner of Sabah. Moreover , if Malaysia will not acknowledge the 1939 High Court decision and the implementation of the 'Letter of Administration over Sabah that the Sultanate of Sulu is the owner of Sabah , Malaysia has to nullify their Independence given by the British Government in 1963 ,simply because it is the same government , the British Government who gave authority over the ownership of Sabah which is far earlier than their independence in 1963.The continued ignoring of Malaysia to this day of the rights to possessed the ownership, over Sabah by the Sultanate of Sulu Kingdom, creates a continuous anger on the part of the Sultanate people for prohibiting them ti live in their own land and even expulsing the people of the Sultanate living in Sabah today.

Who and why sulu and sabah has only one sultan under two government?

The question of who is the legitimate and reigning sultan of Sulu and North Borneo is to simply find out who became the MAHARAJAH ADINDA, RAJAH MUDA AND SULTAN IN AN " UNBROKEN LAW OF SUCCESSION". NONE OF THE CLAIMING SULTAN OF SULU AND NORTH BORNEO HAD BEEN AND UNDERGONE THREE SUCCESSIVE POSITION PRIOR TO BE PROCLAIMED AS THE SULTAN. EXCEPT HRH SULTAN ESMAIL D. KIRAM II , THIS IS THE FACT AND EVIDENCE THAT ANY CLAIMANT SULTAN WHO NEVER BEEN SUCCESSIVELY UNDERGONE THE ' MAHARAJAH ADINDA- THIRD RANK FROM THE LINEAGE, RAJAH MUDAH - SECOND RANK FROM THE LINEAGE AND SULTAN PROPER AS THE FIRST RANK FROM THE LINEAGE IS AUTOMATICALLY BOGUS EVEN IF THEY ARE RELATIVE TO THE THRONE. NOW THE QUESTION WHY SULU AND NORTH BORNEO KINGDOM IS UNDER TWO GOVERMENT IS SIMPLY TAKING INTO ACCOUNT WHAT TRANSPIRED. NORTH BORNEO IS THE ORIGINAL NAME OF SABAH WHICH WAS CHANGED BY MALAYSIA TO ELUDE THE ISSUE. IT WAS VERY CLEAR THAT MALAYSIA IS NOT A PARTY OR ENTITY TO THE 1878 ORIGINAL LEASE OF NORTH BORNEO. THE POSSESSION OF MALAYSIA OVER SABAH IS NOT CLEAR AS PER INTERNATIONAL LAW. MALAYSIA DEFY TO HEAR THE CASE TO ICJ ON THE GROUND THAT THEY WILL DEFINITELY LOSE THE ILLEGAL POSSESION OF SABAH. ON THE OTHER HAND , SULU ISLANDS HAS BEEN MANIPULATED BY THE AMERICAN TO DISSOLVE THE POLITICAL POWER OF THE KINGDOM BY SIMPLY PUTTING UNDER THE PHILIPPINE REPUBLIC AND HENCE ALL SULTANATE PEOPLE IN THE PHILIPPINES IS NOW HOLDING PHILIPPINE PASSPORT. THE DIMINISHED POLITICAL POWER OF THE SULTANATE PREVENT THE EXERCISE OF IT'S INDEPENDENT SOVEREIGNTY BUT NOT THE TRADITIONAL AND PROPRIETARY SOVEREIGNTY AND THEREFORE THE EXISTENCE OF THIS TRADITIONAL AND PROPRIETARY SOVEREIGNTY IS NOW LEGALLY EXIST UNDER THE 'DE JURE' GOVERMENTS OF MALAYSIA AND PHILIPPINES. THE SULTANATE OF SULU AND NORTH BORNEO WILL REMAIN A 'DE FACTO GOVERNMENT FOREVER, REGARDLESS OF THE 'DE JURE GOVERNMENT IT IS NOW UNDER. MALAYSIA AND PHILIPPINES HAS NO CHOICE BUT TO LOOK FOR A PEACEFUL SOLUTION RATHER THAN TO KEEP MINDANAO WAR ,TO ANIHILATE THE PEOPLE OF SULU UNDER THE PRINCIPLE OF 'ETHNIC CLEANSING' . MALAYSIA ON THE OTHER SIDE IS PREVENTING THE NATURAL BORN SABAH CITIZEN TO GIVE MALAYSIAN PASSPORT IN FEAR THAT THEY GROW IN NUMBER, BEING THE PEOPLE OF THE SULTANATE OF SULU AND NORTH BY BIRTH AND NOW A STATELESS CITIZEN. MALAYSIA IS TRYING TO SENT THEM BACK TO THE PHILIPPINES BUT THE PHILIPPINE STAND IS CLEAR THAT THEY ARE NATURALLY SABAH BORN PEOPLE AND NOT PHILIPPINE BORN.THIS IS POLITICALLY COMPLICATED BECAUSE SULTANATE PEOPLE THAT HOLD PHILIPPINE PASSPORT ARE BEING EXPELLED BY MALAYSIA IN SABAH AND MALTREATED AND TREATED HARSLY , FOR IN FACT AN IN TRUTH , THEY OWN SABAH UNDER THE SULTANATE AND NORTH BORNEO KINGDOM. TO SOLVED THE ISSUE IS TO LET THE TRADITIONAL GOVERNANCE OF SULTANATE OF SULU AND NORTH BORNEO TO ACT AS A CATALYST IN BETWEEN TWO POLITICAL GOVERNMENT AS IT IS NOW.
