There are a couple of different professions that specialize in feet. The most obvious is a Doctor Who went to a special kind of medical school where feet are the main subject of study. These professionals are called Podiatrists or chiropodists. Of course, if you want to stick to more traditional physicians (M.D.'s or D.O's), you could use an Orthopedist, a doctor who went to four years of medical school, then a residency to gain additional training in musculoskeletal treatment. Some of them even specialize in lower extremites, including feet.
