Nostradamus alias of Michel de notra dame was born 1503 died 1566 in remy in provence France where he was a doctor before putting his mind to studying Astrology after which he published the centuries a book of rhymed philosophies in the year 1555 it became a great succes andeven the king Henri second consulted him he was also personal phycisian and advisor to Charles the ninth his work was writen in the form of a thousand questions and is said to foretell events up till the year 3797 all his predictions are in code in an early slang or back slang so that Paris would be written rapis and also in puns which he claimed came to him during the night.

He was a 16th Century writer, trained in pharmacy and considered to be a "seer" who predicted numerous modern events.

There is a strong debate about the nostramadus prophecies. There are a lot of people that follow up on his books and new discoveries about his prophecies. There are people like me, that actually think Nostramadus was a excellent latin language poet and not a prophet.
