William F. Packer (born April 2, 1807 in Centre County, Pennsylvania; died September 27, 1870 in Williamsport, Pennsylvania) succeeded James Pollock as the fourteenth Governor of Pennsylvania, serving between January 19, 1858 and January 15, 1861, including the whole of 1859.
