Mary's genealogy is not known. Joseph's genealogy is set forth at Matthew 1:2-16 and Luke 3:23-38, although they differ from each other.
Mary's mother was St Anne, who was married to St Joachim. The couple had Mary at a late stage in life, after Anne prayed to God. The names are not found in The Bible but are found in apocryphal writings and Catholic Tradition.
The geneology of Mary does not seem to be recorded in Scripture. We only know that she was the husband of Joseph and the mother of Jesus and his brothers, James, Joses, Juda and Simon; (Mark 6.3)
An early Christian tradition, still widely accepted by Catholics, is that Mary's parents were called Joachim and Anne. This is unlikely to be factual, but in any case there is no tradition as to her grandparents.
A more recent tradition results from the apparent contraction of the genealogies in Matthew and Luke. Although both gospels state their genealogies are for Joseph, some have decided that the genealogy in Luke 3:23-38 is actually that of Mary.

Our Blessed Lady was a descendant of King David, and thus was of the tribe of Judah. Her parents were St. Joachim, and St. Ann. The Scriptures give very little in the way of biographical material, fortunately Sacred Tradition provides more.
The genealogy of Mary is not known. It would not have been relevant as the genealogy of the father was the one that counted for the Jews. There are two genealogies given of Joseph in Luke and Matthew but they differ considerably. We know, however, that he was from the tribe of Judah and of the house of David making Bethlehem his ancestral home and it was to Bethlehem that he had to return for the mandated census. In the apocryphal Gospel of James the names Joachim and Anne are given as the names of Mary's parents. However, these names are of dubious authenticity but, lacking any other reliable source, the Church has chosen to use them. Even though Jesus was not the actual son of Joseph, Jewish law recognized adopted or foster children as having the same rights as a blood relationship. Therefore, Jesus would have been considered as of the house of David.
The parents of Our Lady are Sts. Anne & Joachim(aka Heli).
