In my opinion, to allow people to make azan with they rhythm that is available to them and/or it is preferred the one giving azan be different than the one leading Muslims in praying. Azan means to call. Prophet Muhammad (SAWW) never gave azan because if he'd call for the prayer, every creature of the universe would gather there to pray and obey his command. Prophet Muhammad (SAWW) was sent as an apostle for the whole universe therefore, this reason is legitimate.
