The unique position of the Kingdom that divide the kingdom between Malaysia and Philippines and the inherent reasons for Malaysia and Philippines for the virtual rejection of the existence of the traditional kingdom of Royal Sulu and North Borneo can be sum up as follows:

1. The Political Structure of Malaysia and Philippines is different Malaysia as Federal and Philippine as Republic does not share the same Constitutional value.

2. The Religious Structure is also different , Malaysia is said to be Muslim and Philippines being said as Catholics does not agree together.

3. The fear of both Malaysia and Philippines to acknowledge the Royal Sulu and North Borneo Kingdom constitute for territorial sovereignty since both country has practically stolen the proprietary ownership of the kingdom.

4. The fear of both Malaysia and Philippines to stand the Royal Sulu and North Borneo as as sovereign nation as it was before the colonization.

5. Nobody among Malaysia and Philippines want to give any inch of political nor religious leverage to the Kingdom for fear of being castrated to either side so the solution is to keep the kingdom under their political maneuver as much as possible including the induced Mindanao war.
