If your face is frightening then fix whatever needs fixed. Have bad teeth? Go to the dentist and get them fixed! Most things that make people look ugly can be fixed! In fact just a better haircut can do wonders! Also never think you are ugly based on one person's opinion! While it may be true that that person thinks you are ugly not everyone thinks the same. Another person might think you look great.
