Mainly there are two reasons. 1.) you are going to sites that harbor such viruses.
2.) you need to think about getting differant anti virus software. The one you are using now obviously is not doing a good job.

A Black Trojan Horse is capable of opening a back door and keeping it open for viruses to be transported in.
