Ferrari, like Alfa Romeo, Maserati, Lancia and Abarth painted in rosso corsa("racing red") since the 20's simply because it was the customary national racing color of Italy as recommended between the world wars by the organizations that later became the FIA. In that scheme of international auto racing colors French cars were blue (Bleu de France), British cars were green (British racing green), etc.

because the manufacture belived that they would look a lot smarter,and a lot better for racing with there roring engins.they were mad in Italy and they belive that all their cars should be red.x.
