Most likely it is because
the USA is being blanketed more and more by electromagnetic fields and radio frequencies.....the wireless two-way transmitter cell-phone substations called "smart"meter operate 24 hours a day and are harmful to all forms of life. People may say nothing has changed, the sea gulls have always been here....but I believe my eyes, having a flock of sea gulls living in an Oklahoma park is definitely not something that used to happen.
