Formula 1 cars have high drag coefficients because they are open wheel, and they have large air dams and spoilers to create downforce.
F1 is a prototype series. That means the cars are "one off bulilds" and not made for any other use. The rules (Formula) set out how the car is to be designed in terms of size, weight, surface area, wing size, engine size and type. The list is almost endless. All "Formula" events follow rules, just like Formula 1. Normal cars are raced in Production Car series. Production relates to the production line construction. These cars are readily available for general consumption and follow strict rules to avoid modification.
Yes Formula one race cars have rear view mirrors. Like normal road cars F1 race cars too have rear view mirrors. They have 2 rear view mirrors unlike a road car that has 3 mirrors in total.
If the vehicle is ten years or newer, a blue book from a bookstore or library may be able to help you determine what the sale price would be.
Since formula 1 cars are aro-dynamic, they have tought us how to give the average car a more sleek body improving aro-dynamics. The suspension helps us figure out how to improve car suspension on normal cars as well. there are more ways that they have hepled us improved or everyday cars, but I don't want to bore you.

It depends...when the dealer has a lot of cars and has enough experiences he can have lower prices. If he got them for a normal price he can sell them with a price which can fit the buyers. But usually they sell their cars with a little higher price so that the buyers don't notice it. :)
