its probably because you didn't say you were 18 or older. Either get a parent to enter the information for you, or just say your 18. Hope that's helps =D =D =D

If you are under 13, you cannot sign up for a Nexon Passport. If you are over 13 and it's still rejecting you, check your region. If you are in North America, you should be on the GMS website. If you're in Europe, EMS. There's also KMS and MapleSEA.
